Default Ticket Support Software

Hi

I`m looking for some decent ticket support software and was wondering which flavour you guys use at http://support.eukhost.com , I initially thought it was Kayako e support but it looks different, I suppose it could just be a CSS skin but as I`ve seen the exact same skin with an alternate VPS host I use I suspect it`s a different product.

Any other suggestions you guys have about any commercial alternatives which are easy to navigate from a users perspective would also be appreciated.

I`ve had a look at a lot of the open source or free ones and they just don`t seem to be as well featured.

Cheers.

Thanks Nick, just had a look and it seems pretty comprehensive, the current version i.e. Helpdesk 4 seems to be a different version from yours and the new Support Centre front end looks quite frankly pants when compared to yours.

Thanks Craig

We were planning to upgrade our existing installation to version 4, but our senior technical staff members said that old tickets cannot be imported in new version. You have given me one more reason to postpone upgrade
