I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?

Your outlook data is stored in an outlook.pst file. Typically this can be found at C:\documents and settings\User*\Application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst

this file holds all your mailboxes, emails and settings.
