I've just been on live chat to try and get a SPF record added for my domain. The person who was 'supporting' me did not impress! please see the conversation below - I have removed details.
I have come to expect a much higher level of understanding and expertise from EUK staff. Surely they should at least be able to login to my server !!

We have got a few new members in our support team. Sophia is one of them. I am sure they will be upto the mark very quickly. I do apologise for the inconvenience and delay caused.
Sophia joined our company recently and we've had 2 complaints about her in last 7 days. I've requested her shift supervisor to disable her livechat login.
She has good technical skills, but I can't understand what makes her so vulnerable on livechats.

My requests have been satisfactorily carried out now, however I am still having issues with Hotmail junk for automated emails sent using CDO .
Please see my new post in this forum for details - hopefully someone can help as I am about to send out lots of emails and many of the recipients use Hotmail.
