Statistics don't update, and I have a LaunchAnalyser File not found error in the logs

Problem

I have installed Helm, but the stats didn't update. In the error log I see this:

2004-03-15 17:00:00 HELMBANDWIDTHCOLLECTOR::LaunchAnalyser File not found

OR

2004-03-15 15:00:01 HELMDISKUSAGECOLLECTOR::LaunchAnalyser File not found
2004-03-15 15:30:01 HELMDISKUSAGECOLLECTOR::LaunchAnalyser File not found

Solution

COPY the HelmBandwidthAnalyser.exe from the Helm\System\Tasks folder to the Helm\System folder of your installation to resolve the first problem.

Also COPY the HelmDiskUsageAnalyser.exe from the Helm\System\Tasks folder to the Helm\System folder of your installation to resolve the second problem
