Trying to get reverse DNS set up

Hi,

Since last week I have been trying to get a RDNS record setup for 92.48.74.8 (want it set to flooruk.com). I have been sending emails (#BIM-97443-104) and chatting to support who keep telling me that it should be working in a few hours but still it does not work.

Can someone please help me as I need this working ASAP,

Just tried it at:

http://postmaster.aol.com/cgi-bin/dns_tool.pl

and I get this:

DNS Server Response:
www. flooruk.com

It looks like they have finaly got it to go through!!
