We need your advice about the purchase of a new server.

We are located in Israel, we have a very reputable website and we are looking to purchase a server for our MS SQL server application. We would like to get some ideas about the requested configuration of the server.
We are thinking about HP DL 380 (2U) with 4GB ram, Quat cpu, 3 Disk (146 MB) Raid 5.
Someone have any suggestions ?
