Atlas / 2005 Express and App_Code

We're currently developing an Online Vehicle Sales System and we've been after putting it on our Windows Reseller hosting, so far we've not been able to do this because there's currently no .Net AJAX (Atlas) installation, no SQL Server 2005 Express and we've had problems using our own code files in the App_Code directory, ideally we want to use our own .net DLL in App_Code rather than leaving the source code in there.

The reason i post it here is that others may find the response useful, as i dont think we're doing anything perticularly non-standard.

So onto the questions.... can (or should) our Windows Reseller package fullfil all of these criteria? if not... would these requirements be satisfied on the proposed Windows VPS Hosting or indeed on one of the Windows Dedicated packages?

Obviously cheaper the better providing the server is up to the task!

I am not sure if our windows system admins will allow registration of separate DLL for a single account. Windows VPS Hosting would be better for such custom requirement but I'll need to consult with our windows system admins for this requirement.
