Do I recall reading somwhere that I can pipe my end user support emails straight through to EUK (or did I make that up)?

If I didn't imagine it, been working late shift this week, how do I set it up in plesk and how would EUK manage questions about charging etc that I would want referred back to me.

p.s. disapointed to read a thread the other day that you dont use RAID configurations, disc failures happen and I am wondering how I will explain that to my customers who expect RAID1 as standard, RAID5 for enterprise level apps.

Please make a note that we'd be answering technical related queries only or fixing problems on server end if any.. your clients would want to email you on your regular email address in regards to sales/billing queries..
