We changed our web hosting for 18 domains to yourself as we wanted a UK BASED HOSTING COMPANY!

We have had issues with our web hosting today, after more than 45mins via the online chat, it appeared 'Paul' and 'Williams' were useless.
So, we called the freephone support UK TOLL phone number.
Wow! Not English?!?
We were cut off on 4 different calls including a 'manager'.
Myself and my MD John Wellwood are not best pleased.

We have been told our account has been suspended for receiving too many emails.

We can not receive any emails, and for every minute we can't receive a client email were are potentially loosing thousands of pounds.

My MD is on the phone as we speak, asking for a UK based phone number to complain and have our issue resolved.

John called you few minutes back and Martin is trying to fix dictionary attack on your domain. seems like you had enabled catchall for your account which was misused by spammers to launch dictionary attack on your domain.

We will call you once we manage to fix dictionary attack on your domain. this may take some time as there's no other way to block dictionary attack besides disabling your email service for 24 - 48 hours. We will keep you informed with status of email service for your account.

The fun of the catch-all syndrome... I wonder if in future it should be disabled by default as it seems to have caused a few issues recently when people aren't entirely sure what's going on with it?

not all customers would like to see it disabled. We've had many complaints when we tried to disable catchall forcefully on some of our servers.

I think we should reserve one server for such customers who need catchall. At least other customers won't face any problem due to those using catchall.

I didn't mean do it to accounts currently active but maybe have it disabled by default on new accounts if it isn't set to it already?
