Hi,

I am wanting to offer a domain parking with email service. Can anyone tell me the best method of doing this? Is it just a case of setting up a basic hosting template within Plesk and using that?

Yes you are right,
for this you will have to sign for reseller account, and create template in plesk as par requirement or plan you wish and then while adding any new domain to your account use this template.
