I saw a remote desktop icon in my plesk control panel today, hadn't notice it before.

I tried to RD to my domain and sure enough a login appeared!

Does eukhost now support this? If so that's excellent.

The Plesk control panel says what my "login" is for the server, which I assume means the user name, but what would the password be? Do I need to ask for it to be configured?

Hi Dorian,

That option is available by default in plesk control panel of all customers, but you cannot connect to RDP from it. We don't allow RDP access on shared servers

That makes sense - it would need to be a dedicated server to allow people to log in via remote desktop.
