Single Domain Restore

Hi,

One of our clients deleted a load of files and database records, on one of the domains we host on a Linux Standard reseller package.

Is it possible to restore the a single domain from a backup?

Would the backup be from Saturday 24/05/2008?
Would it include all files and databases?

Hello Stu,

This can be done. You would have to raise a support ticket from here
or email support[at]eukhost.com with the name of your main reseller account name and the domain name which needs to be restored.

Yes, it'd be possible to restore one domain including all the data from any earlier available backup set.
Send an email to support@eukhost.com or open a ticket with our Helpdesk with complete details of the Reseller Account along with the domain to be restored.
