I have created a database within my hosting controller, and then uploaded my database backup to my 'db' folder. Within hosting controller I then clicked on 'Restore'. After locating my backup file and clicking on 'Select File' I get the message:

"Success: Restore started, it may take time depending on database size."

My question is, how do I know when the restore has completed? My SQL Server db is only 6MB at the moment. My .mdf / .ldf files haven't changed at all, so it doesn't appear to have restored after the 20 minutes I have waited so far.

Also, is there any admin stuff I can do on my SQL Server db? E.G. Create 'Jobs' and 'Stored Procedures'.

Our System admins want you to open a ticket for this and they will restore the database for you. They need to do this to troubleshoot the problem as well.

Please make it convenient to open a ticket and provide me with the ticket number over here so that I can followup with them and get back to you.
