Hello All,

Does anyone know if there is a url rewriter installed on this server I have been told ISAPI Rewrite wont work under Plesk is this correct?

Is there any other alternatives to ISAPI Rewrite?

It depends, if you've coded in ASP.Net then have a look around, that has some re-write rules added in somewhere.

Yes flesso it is coded in Asp.net I already had the rewrite rules written for ISAPI Rewrite as I have switched hosting to Eukhost.

Ok After looking on the net for ways of rewriting urls in IIS Web Server I Found OpUrl - ISAPI URL Rewrite, Could this possibly be installed on Eurofighter Windows Server?

I tried installing ISAPI_ReWrite on that server & Plesk's Application Pool crashed. Uninstalling it got Plesk working back. I am still searching for some alternative on this & also have a ticket opened at SwSoft.

Thank's for clarifying the situation regarding installing ISAPI_Rewrite on Eurofighter,

Looking on the Swsoft forum for Plesk 8.1 and Isapi Rewrite,

I found this thread answered by an admin

Hi Adrian,

ISAPI_ReWrite has been successfully installed on Eurofighter. Thank you for that helpful URL.
I indeed got a similar but detailed reply from SwSoft Engineers regarding this issue.
It were indeed the plesk user permissions; once corrected; Plesk is now working fine with ISAPI_ReWrite.
I honestly appreciate your kind efforts in this success, once again thank you for all of your help
