AccountLab Plus automatic account creation

I'd like to set up outomatic account creation with AccountLab Plus.
One thing I seem to need are the server details:

Server Name
Server IP
Additional IPs (comma separated)
Name Server 1
Name Server 2
Server Type
Minumum length of username
Maximum length of username
Server User
Server Password
Server Hash
-- Only for WHM
Server Auto
Server SSL
Maximum accounts
Current accounts
Monitor httpd
Port No :
Monitor smtp
Port No :
Monitor ftp
Port No :
Monitor pop3
Port No :
Monitor MySQL Server

Where would I get these details from?

Is there anything else that I need to set up account creation with ALP? Anyone with experience?

A differernt question: I'm self employed in the UK with my main business being Graphic Design and Hosting being mostly for my own projects at the moment. I'm not VAT registered. Just want to check with someone, so I ask here: It's correct not to charge VAT to anyone, right?
