Advance Statics

hi...
i cant find Advance Web site hosting Statics on my plesk control panel as we have in cpanel like weblizer or awstats.

there should be some sort of advance statics avaliable which can tell me from where the visitors are coming.

The domain's report can be found at : Login to Plesk > Domains > Click on domain > Report.
The statistics such as webalizer & AwStats will be available only if you have them selected/enabled at the time of domain creation. If you have that done already, access the domain statistics at : http://domain.com/plesk-stat/ (where domain.com is your actual domain)

at the time to domain creation i did not found any such option of enabling the advance state like awstate of weblizer. i guess this option may not be enabled in my reseller control panel.

i request the Admin to enable westat for domain.

Here are the steps for enabling/disabling statistics for your domains.

Login to Plesk > Click on 'Domains' on the left menu > Click on the domain (lakesparadise.com) > Click on 'Setup' icon > Web statistics. Here you have an option to select from Webalizer or AwStats.

For now, I have enabled it for both of the domains provided by you. Also, I have enabled statistics management option for your account too.
If you still find it a problem, let us know & we'll do it for you in no time

and then a ok button where do you find a webstatics option in it. may be i am going to some wrong place.

and still thanks for enabling the stats on lakesparadise.com but i am finding a error 404 ie no such page found when i click on that.

Nishant, I have disabled the password protection feature for now. You can re-enable it later through the control panel by checking/enabling the check box mentioning : (accessible via password protected directory '/plesk-stat/' after 'Web statistics' in the setup section of your domains.

Go through the following URLs :
http://pressnote.in/plesk-stat/
http://lakesparadise.com/plesk-stat/

You'll find a placeholder page at the moment at those links, as the stats are generated/calculated every 24 hours. Check the same later on.

ya now i can see the stats on the url you mentioned.

but my basic question remains the same. i cant find Web statics option on setup of domain.

the path i am folllwing is :
Login to Plesk > Click on 'Domains' on the left menu > Click on the domain (lakesparadise.com) >

i can see three sections.
after clicking on home link in left panel

1) Domain
2) Services
3) Hosting

there is no setup button or link in Domain section what i can see the a setup button/link in the Hosting Section when i click onto that i cant find the option of Webstat. may be i am using wrong path then please let me know the currect i tried every thing. i have also tried logging via reseller account.

It was a Client's permission issue, I have granted you the permission to manage stats, please follow the path provided by Rock, that is:

Login to Plesk > Click on 'Domains' on the left menu > Click on the domain (lakesparadise.com) > Click on 'Setup' icon > Web statistics.

If you still face any problems then please email your control panel login details to windows [at] eukhost.com and we will get it sorted.
