Big problem

when trying to add a plan in my control panel i got this error :

Error : 70100112 : Resource quantity violated; you will not be able to sell this plan


also when trying to add a new user i got this error :

Error : 70500240 : There are not enough allocated resources to sell plan

i made a ticket with this issue no. AIU-72226-427

Taking a guess, in WHM click on 'create new account'

There is a panel along the lines of...

Account Resource Limits
Resource Max Allowed Remaining
Disk Space 7000 Megabytes 3794 (Allocated) 3206
Bandwidth 40000 Megabytes 27740 (Allocated) 12260

Is one of the 'remaining' column values "0"? If so that mean you've allocated all of your available disk space / bandwidth.

Martin has replied to your ticket. He mentioned that he had no such problem in adding new plan and new user from your reseller account so you need to check from your end as you must have tried to add a plan with unlimited features.

if you 'compare plans' one of them will probably have a "-" minus number - this will be the element that your are violating. I had this same problem when I first used Hosting Controller and it was because I'd overused an allowance of a certain feature without realising. (can't remember what it was now but it'll be something I didn't have 'unlimited' of)
