when anybody trys to login to squirrel mail they get this error message

ERROR:
ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

i also get this problem can you help please

I am not sure which mailbox's have this problem and what server your account is hosted. Our senior system admins will get back to you quickly if you open a ticket for them.

sorry should of posted earlier its ok came back on just as i was writing the ticket

Ideally, Posting the error code in the form of 0x00000aabbcc from Outlook Express helps in resolving the issue faster, in some cases, instantly upon posting since someone or the other might be knowning about the error.
