Email on Puma
I have a couple of issues and I am sure they are petty but as it is late and I have the hump and a shitty email from a client, I thought it might be sharing time.
Emails on one of my domains is asking for a login password again and without wishing to get into the whole debate about static IP's what is going on again. This particular one is my own domain so it is not that important about the email, however it should fecking work, at least for the whole of one day.
I know the frontpage extension support has been removed, however the two sites I host that required them had no problems until today and now ...hello..the forms are not doing their job.
Sorry guys as much as this has been a blast, you keep letting us down here, not with the support but the level of service and continual change in services.
You changed the billing system I cannot tell you how badly that affected me however I am sure if you checked your invoicing sytsem it would speak volumes.
I have moved from one bloody server to another in a very short space of time. Have you any idea how bleedy old I am and that I am very much resistant to change and more so when it involves me doing some intensive bullshitting to customers.
I have to say I am now not a very happy bunny again and this really should not be the case. I know I get this service for peanuts however
