Cool eurofighter plesk painfully slow - again!

I have been trying to do the simplest of jobs in Plesk and so far its taken me nearly half an hour. The service returned 'unavailable' twice and is taking an average of 2 minutes (yes, I timed it) to go to a page. Is there a known problem?




ps. I would have put this in my previous 'eurofighter plesk slow thread' - but its been locked for some reason hmmmmm?

Have you tried contacting support to see if their is a current issue with Eurofighter? Does anyone know if it was one of the servers involved in the move?

Eurofighter has not been involved in the move since it is a fairly new server and is UK based.

I suggest contact support [at] eukhost.com to see if there are any current issues with Eurofighter.

Didn't think it was in a move and Yes, I had contacted support and they have now restarted Plesk and I'm glad to say its better... not wonderful but better. At least I can work in it now!! My post on the forum is to see if anyone else is experiencing the problem, this invariably is in addition to a support ticket.
