Hi, i have or had a website on the eurofighter server (www.informtheweb.com) This has completley dissapeared from my hosting control panel and wiped from the www. I have opened a ticket and have spoken to several ppl on the live helpline but hours later promises of restoration have come to nothing. My main concern is the fact that i have had a hard drive replaced and i was hoping to download backup files from the site, but of course they dont exist.
I know a migration was taking place this weekend and truusted the email that explained, and i quote "Plesk has got inbuilt utility to migrate all accounts automatically from one server to another server so there wont be any sort of downtime due to this server migration" so where is my site??

This website appears to be hosted on EuroFighter (91.186.0.20) and works fine.

no problem from my end as well. Your website seems to be loading quite fast right now.

Yes it is fine now but believe me it was down for @ 24 hrs and missing from my resellers control panel, anyhow like you say it is loading great now panic over, I did think i had lost the lot for a while.
