I don't know - but I was just about to type a request that windows/plesk users have an alternative web-mail system as an option. I really dislike horde so would welcome an alternative. My biggest gripe is that I can never find how to view 'sent' messages. Is there a way to do this?
Sorry to hijack this thread but its too related to start a new one
I don't have a sent items link at all - and never have done. I have asked about this a few times on this forum but I never seem to be able to find the sent items area.
I did check under the 'mail' + sign, but all I have there is 'search', 'new message', 'filters'. Perhaps the horde install in plesk/windows is corrupt? This has been the same on the four servers I've been on.
no problem - I've opened a ticket to see what the problem might be as it seems it might not be horde per se.
Hi Keith, I've replied to your ticket [APU-58723-165] with the explanation on why the 'Sent Items' folder isn't available for your Plesk control panel account.
Yes, I got your reply thanks . I do hope that the current installation can be updated soon, as I think a 'sent items' folder is a fundamental requirement of a webmail system.
Yes I do agree, seems rather strange that they haven't implemented it already in the system. Maybe you can request it from them or send a suggestion if they have a suggestions box on there main web site hosting
