ip gone titsup!!!

i got a semi dedicated package with you.. it sits on firefly server..All of the domains are up apart from my shop..It went down an hour ago and i been chatting to your support on live support.According to them my ip gone titsup and they have assinged a new ip to my site.

I asked why this happened and no responce..Reading fourms i see there has been issues today but old ip address doesnt fall under the range mentioned.I am still waiting for your live support to tell me what happened as waiting couple of hours for the new ip to propogate doesnt make any sense as we spent good money on marketing and this si the only time i can do work on the site..


Please help.. i been happy with euhost and wants to stay.. at least tell me whats going on..
i dont want to advertise my site name here.. i will be watching this post.. if any admins are around please respond.. and i am still waiting for rick to get back to me on live support..
