Is it me or the server?

Is it just me or has this problem been solved? I no longer experience the problem with ftp and with my site. Please tell me it's EUK that solved it as I don't feel like giving credit to Tiscali lol

We switched our Carrier yesterday morning to sort out Tiscali problems. Seems like something didn't go right and we had to revert our changes.
It seems you are using Tiscali backbone as all our customers using Tiscali broadband connection were facing packet loss problems from last 7 days.
These all problems were sorted yesterday morning by switching the carrier. More info can be found out here..

Great service as always, and you get always get it fixed even if it isn't your fault!

Only thing i would say is that you need a server status page like jc8654 said in the other thread.

Amusing, I do think the type of thing Tiscali has is good as their service status page. It doesn't list everything but it helps people know about what's going on.

I know there have been discussions about this in the past about who would be responsible for updating it etc. but looking at other hosts, it's generally provided as a standard service by most of them.
