Hi all.

I am probably doing something really dumb and was wondering if anyone could help.

I got my welcome email, and whilst I am waiting for my domain to resolve, i thought id try the ip

http:// 87.117.238.85

However, all i get is this

"Server Default page

If you see this page it means:
1. hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2. there's no such domain registered in Plesk

Now when i got to http:// 87.117.238.85:8787

I get a time out. Can anyone suggest anything?

Hello Richard,

Control panel login port sent to you in welcome email was incorrect. I have resent modified welcome email to you so now you can login and upload your content using any ftp software of your choice.

Sharron had used the default welcome email template for hostingcontroller due to which the control panel port sent to you was wrong.

Loverly. All working great now, bit wierd getting used to Plesk after using cPanel for years.
