you can register an account on our support desk with the email address you had sent emails and you will be able to see all tickets in your helpdesk account.

I'll need to investigate why our replies didnt reach you but as of now you can check the tickets from the helpdesk located at http://support.eukhost.com

Sorry to be an even bigger pain but I think there is a serious problem with my email. When I tried to register with support online, it is supposed to send me a confirmation code. I did that about 2 hours ago and have still not received the code.

I have also tried to email myself from other addresses but this does not come through either.

Please help.

add support[@]eukhost.com in your MSN or come on livechat. One of our technical staff will sort your email problem.

I sincerely apologize for the problems you are facing with your email account but we will get it sorted as soon as you come on the livechat or MSN.

Got my email fixed, but when I register for online support I still have not received the confirmation code.

How long does this normally take to come through? I assumed this was an automated process so it would be through to me straight away.

It takes less than 10 seconds for the confirmation code to come but you had problem with your email account so it diidnt reach your mailbox.

I hope your email service is working fine now.
