Primary Account for Resellers
I set up a new <a href="http://www.eukhost.com/resellers.php" style="color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">reseller hosting account</a> this week on the Standard <a href="http://www.eukhost.com/packages.php" style="color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">Linux package</a>.
I have added my primary account, but it does not appear in the WHM panel, so I am unable to check things like DNS zones and MX records, or alter quota/bandwidth for my primary account.
How do I go about doing this?
Although I changed the nameservers with my domain registrar almost a week ago, mail and ftp are still trying to connect to my old host, which should not be happening. I really need to be able to take a look at the DNS zones on both hosts!

Please let me know your domain name as I will need to give ownership of your reseller account to your domain name.

My guess was right. I had to assign your domain name under your <a href="http://www.eukhost.com/resellers.php" style="color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">reseller hosting</a> account to sort this problem.
Let me know if you are able to see it under your account or not.

Yes, that is all working fine now, thank you. So nice getting fast support!
The DNS zone looks okay, I have no idea why mail is still going to my old host. Guess I will have to delete the zones from their server and hope everything pans out okay.

You have modified your DNS zone and you have made ns1.000025.net and ns2.000025.net as your nameserver records in the DNS. Right now ns1.000025.net and ns2.000025.net are pointing to the servers of your old hosting companies so you need to point them to ns1.000025.net => 64.38.46.226 and ns2.000025.net => 64.38.46.227
This has nothing to do with mail service as the MX record is suppose to point to A record of the domain name and your emails should work from our servers. Seems like DNS is taking time to update and for next couple of hours your email may go there as well as here.

I must be blind to have not seen that.
I have no idea how that happened, because I didn't even have access to the DNS editor until you enabled it earlier, and I made no changes - just checked it was working.

So are you going to point IPs of your private nameservers to the one's I specified or do you want me to put our nameservers in your DNS zone for now ?

Oh, I corrected the nameservers when you pointed out the ones in the DBS zone were for the old host.
Sorry, I should have said!

Everything is running fine now, except I am unable to log in to webmail via IMAP.
I am using mail.sayonara.info as the incoming mail server, connecting to port 993, and using the form username+sayonara.info as the login name.
The connection either keeps timing out, or cannot be established

I apologise for the delay in response. We never got any notification of this thread on our helpdesk so we could not reach your post on time.
I have opened port 993 in servers firewall and this should allow you to connect through IMAP.

Thanks, it is all working now.
No worries about the delay - I still had access to webmail, and the novelty of getting a support response within a week has not worn off yet!
