Register Private Nameservers

Hi

I'm new to Reselling/nameservers/etc., so forgive me if I'm being slow. I've tried searching through other threads but couldn't find anything....

I'm trying to register my private nameservers (using the private nameserver info emailed to me when my account was opened), but when I do so through the billing area, i get the following error...any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

Have you tried contacting support? Either by opening a ticket at support[at]eukhost.com or http://support.eukhost.com or by using the livechat feature on the main www.eukhost.com website.

They should be able to register the nameservers for you or guide you through the process .

Good idea! Dunno why I didn't think of that before! It's all sorted now though.

Good to hear that it has been sorted but you need to put your nameservers in following manner to get your private nameservers registered :-

1st.IP.adrress--ns1.yourdomain.co.uk
2nd.IP.adrress--ns2.yourdomain.co.uk

Ex :-

91.186.0.8--ns1.takewhatyoucan.co.uk
91.186.0.9--ns2.takewhatyoucan.co.uk
