I when i registered my resellers account i brought a long 1 of a few web site hosting i look after. However I've no registered the domain i want to as me the reseller - is it possible to change the main account?

I think i had a

when i signed up i should have registered the new one then but...

my current main account is mounttaborbrownies.org.uk

I would like it o be leegething.com with the brownies an account under it. Had a look and i don't think i can change it.

Any help appreciated

I think this is only something which can be done from the root WHM. Please open a ticket with the support department at 'support [at] eukhost.com' or from http://support.eukhost.com.

I do think you will have to contact support regarding this to see if they can change it for you. Have you opened a ticket for this? You may get a faster response.

Steven had replied to your ticket. He swapped your domains as per your request.

Please check WHM tutorials from http://www.eukhost.com/web-hosting/ as you will need to learn to create hosting packages from WHM and then create client accounts by assigning those packages to them. Once you create hosting plans then you can add cpanel account for your domain which was swapped.

Steven didnt add cpanel account for it as he had no clue of how much space and bandwidth you wanted to assign to your swapped domain.

It shows how fast support is! And it's good to know you can do things like this as if you wanted to keep the same account and move things around i.e. domains, it allows this option.

Yes, it is reassuring to know that this can happen. Mind you, its the kind of quality and fantastic service we have come to expect from eUKhost!
