Server Problems

Has anyone else experiancing or ever experianced strange happenings on the server?

It takes forever to load up whm on my browser and the support team say nothing is wrong there end?

And also when I finally get round to creating an account (currently about an hour due to load times) I have problems ftping to the account, files seem ok but folders are not being cretaed and thus holding it all up.

I know it is not my laptop I think? as I still have my account on the US Server for my US customers with a different provider and dont have any problems there.

Please some one help or shed some light before I have no choice but to pack my bags and leave.

I'm on the same ip address as you, which I presume means the same server. Just tried WHM and it's working just fine. Sorry I can't help more.

Sounds like it's some connection issue... Could be an ISP thing. It's odd that other people can connect ok.

Carl, I've checked the server firewall for your local network's IP address & it's not the case. Your network IP is whitelisted in the firewall too.
It'd be better if you send us a traceroute & ping result from your local network. I too doubt this being an ISP issue, incase it's blocking the cPanel/WHM ports.
