thanks nick - the subdomain issue isn't an issue afterall - they simply don't appear in the new plesk like they did in the eurofighter plesk. So there's now only one issue, which is the domain with the problems as mentioned in the ticket.

Well, its been a while now since my last ticket comment - I have refrained from changing anything on the problem domain on plesk, but nor can I see anything being done. I am happy to attempt to resolve this issue myself if your windows engineers are too busy, I can delete and re-establish the domain, which is presumably what you would be looking to do anyway.
I won't do anything until I hear from you or support.

Ok - I've sat and waited for 6 hours and there seems to have been no change whatsoever on the server that I can see. Is there any work going on at all? I did offer to attempt the job myself as it did seem to be a simple case of deleting the problem domain and re-establishing it. Perhaps it isn't that simple but I would like to have some feedback from you in all this time.

it wont get sorted even if you try from your end as plesk failed to remove entries of one of your domain when it was created on the new server and deleted once again to restore backup fetched using plesk backup / restore utility.

Jack is working on it so please allow some time.

Ok, that's fair enough - I just like to stay informed, it has been a long time without contact.

In my old age I tend not to work till 2am anymore lol.

I suppose like you, I'd love to know what the problem was, as it's not been resolved fully. The problem login it seems is still a problem so it had to be changed. Although not ideal, I accept this solution.
There is now one more problem which is highlighted in my reply ticket.

Ok LOL. Has this problem ever occurred before? I can see that there's a lot of work gone on and the support has been very good - which why I've stayed with eukhost (and recommended you to others) - but am confused as to why this problem has arisen and would simply like some informal explanation on how it could happen and if it's something you have encountered before. That's if there is an explanation lol.

I have to admit its a one-off

Everything was going on smoothly except for that particular domain. We have tried all possible fixes, going to the extent of manually removing all entries for the domain & then re-adding. Still no joy. Finally now Williams is re-restoring all files for the domain.
