live support is busy .. get a message no operators available...

I am not happy .. this been going on for a while... ... thought server change was supposed to fix this,,, firefly still has alot of issues..

all day today server load been high and site been very slow..

and now i get this message

i been keeping a log of the problems today... so here it is

Also the server time and date is set to us..?I thought it was based in uk...My clients have shop on the server.. and they are baed in uk...

any update.. live support said admin are dealing with this issue .. and that was 2 hous ago...

and they said the same thing at 9 am this morning...


site keeps timing out...atleast fix the date and time on the server so i know some one is dealing with it...

Hello Irfan,

I have tried clicking on all the links on your website. They are working correctly without errors.The site is also responding pretty decently. There should not be a problem anymore with firefly. However, if you do have a problem, all you have to do is either raise a support ticket from here
