Default Very slow Plesk on Eurofighter

This evening, Plesk on eurofighter is being painfully slow. One of my clients is complaining of problems sending out emails - and I've finding it frustratingly difficult checking the set-up in Plesk as I'm having to wait several minutes each time I click a link. Is there a problem?

EDIT - I have since had this message after a time-out;

of course - the domain isn't invalid - but perhaps it'll highlight a problem for you lot?

of course - the domain isn't invalid - but perhaps it'll highlight a problem for you lot?
Please open a ticket with 'windows [at] eukhost.com'. It sounds like Plesk needs a restart or the server needs a reboot.

OK, I've opened a ticket - the ticket system is having problems too lol - But I'm confindent that my email got there.

Eurofighter doesn't seem that slow to me. Yes, I am experiencing lags but no more than 30 seconds.

My lags have been much longer than that with Plesk - no such much on the websites themselves - although they are a little sluggish.

Did the Windows guys ever get back to you?

EDIT: Eurofighter seems back up to speed now.

Yes thanks Flesso - the ticket was replied to - but unusually I didn't get it in my emails??? There was a MySQL error last night when I tried to access my tickes so perhaps that's linked.
Anyway - Plesk is much better now - it's never been the most responsive system - but last night was ridiculously slow. Its back to its normal sluggish self lol.

We were optimizing our helpdesk database last night and your ticket must have reached our helpdesk at that time.

I hate that rotating wheel but one should be happy with it as there's nothing better on Windows
