Yes, provided your ftp client supports listing of hidden files.

Many thanks for the quick reply Nick - anyone know how I would do that in FileZilla please ?
Also, if I can get that enabled, where would I see it in the folder structure please ?

I managed to access ".spamassassin/" from File Manager. All you need to do is enter file manager and manually put folder name ".spamassassin/" and click on "Go". ".spamassassin/" folder is located in home of your account. All files within the ".spamassassin/" will be visible once you follow these steps.

Many thanks, that did it, much appreciated. One thing, it would obviously be easier to work with, if I could just access it without going on the web, I've got show hidden files in my Filezilla, but still can't find the folder ? ? Am I looking in the right place ? In FZ, should you be able find it under the /public_html/ please ?

I'm guessing it will be in the folder above that as that's where config things are usually kept.

Yep, I can see it. In your ftp client you'll need to find the option for "show hidden files" and then the folder is in your top level folder (/) and not /public_html. Hope that helps.

You won't manage to see it from most of the FTP clients or File Manager. As I said, you need to simply copy paste ".spamassassin/" in the text box within File Manager and click on "Go". You will enter ".spamassassin/" directory once you do so.

Problem solved - restarting the pc did it ! ! I had switched on FZ to see the hidden files, but it doesn't take effect until it's restarted ! Thanks to all who lent the constructive help.
ok, now that's been established, does anyone know where you can view the email filters in the ftp client ? - I looked in the obvious one called mail and it wasn't there ?
Any help much appreciated.
Chris.
