I have changed my dns as requested my website is now been down all morning i sent in a ticket earlier and still no reply sorry but his is too slow a support i am trying to run a business and the amount of problems i have had over last few weeks now is not helping so please sort it once and for all

You have opened a ticket and the contents are as follows :-

Whats going on

Please let us know how we can make out the domain name which has problems as you have a reseller account with multiple domains. You can include your domain name at least in the ticket.

well considering this problem is effecting me and my clients i thought that i all of them was sorted
and as ive been trying to get this problem sorted for 3 days now i think its quiet obvious which website i am really on about

I apologise for this problem. Our resolver IPs /etc/resolv.conf were not resolving any new domains and none of the Ips available in local network were able to sort the problem.

I have added a DNS resolver from our other network and this has sorted the problem moemtarily.

ok thankyou website is now back up and running but what about emails when is that going to be sorted properly and can someone send me the details for new ip or ftp access cos ftp acces i got at oment and cpanel acces i can access website but is old info i cannot update it or change things

You can use your domain name for ftp as well as control panel access. IP address of harrier is 87.117.201.114 so the only change you need to make in the welcome email is the IP address.

You wont need IP address is you use the domain for ftp as well as control panel.
