Default Whats going on

It all started 2 weeks ago i could not send emails it took about a day for you to fix.
and in last few days ive had another 3 problems
1st is now fixed after someone telling me for a 2nd time it was fixed when i know 1st time nothing was done
2nd problem is since yesterday the servers i host for if they are using sql there website shows a mysql error page this keeps coming and going
3rd is now same problem i had 2 weeks ago everyone can recieve email but cannot send any
i used live chat today to try and speak to someone soemebody answered then never replied again msn nobody is answering and phone i get your call cannot be connected
please please pease sort this as im trying to run a business and this is getting silly

thats something else you ask for ticket number ive never been given one 1 email in and stuff but dont get no ticket number everytime i send email in with problem within 10 mins i get email saying its has been fixed but still 2 hours later with email problem i am suffering still not fixed i can recieve emails but not send them nobody can on the box i am on
its aaron who has been replying to my emails my email address registered with you is chelt2002[@]hotmail.com
please sort this email problem out i need send emails

can someone please tellme whats going on i am still waiting fto be able to send emails al im getting is the same email back say try now its fixed but its not its now been 6 hours how am i suppose to run a business like this
sorry but i am not impressed

We are dealing with high volume of calls, chats and support tickets due to recent problem we had with one of our windows servers. Response time for support issues could not be maintained for last 3 days coz of this problem.

We have also implemented few more security tweaks on our linux servers to reduce spamming and spoofing originating from our servers. If you are using outlook then you will need to enable "My Server requires authentication" from Tools >> Accounts >> Properties >> Servers and then only it will allow you to send emails.

I configured a test email account on your domain and configured that email account in my outlook and I was able to send successfully.

ok i dont use outlook because of multiple access needed i compose emails in the quirrel email itself and it is not working i have logged into the test email which was created last time and tried to send from there but nothing same as anybody else who logs on their my clients cannot send emails either from squirrel or outlook so i know its not a problem my end
i appreciate your busy and got problems but this is the 2nd time this particular problem has occured now within 16 days

Allow me some time to look into it. One of our system admin is looking into this problem and once it is sorted then I will update this thread.

please reset the password from your control panel and login to web mail and send email to your other email account.

If this doesn't work for you then I can attach header in PM which will show that the email was sent through web mail and it was successfully received.

ok right yes it sends to you and 1 other person i tried hotmail is a no no also some others i try and send to is a no no so it sends emails now less than 50% which is no good i need to be able to send to everybody on my contacts list

ok well its back to 90% theres still some email networks i get mail returned and some others where it says sent but they still havnt recieved it and vice versa some sent me some and i havnt recieved them either so theres still a few problems

Hotmail and Yahoo have implemented new policies recently and they want all senders to have reversedns, spf records and many other things to let them send to email addresses on their network.

Spamming has got boosted recently and every email service provider is implemnting new features and technology to stop spams from reaching their network.

We have setup spf on your domain name so hopefully everything should work fine for you now.

Hotmail problem cannot be sorted as we have a ticket open with them which is not yet resolved. They have suggested to go through their new policies which we have already done and implemented. Other method suggested by them is to purchase some services from them which we wont.

We will move your account to Harrier.eukhost.com tonight and your IP address will change. There wont be any data loss or any other changes to your account. There wont be any downtime due to IP change as merlin.eukhost.com and harrier.eukhost.com are in same subnet.

This has been done as per your request. Please make it convenient to point name servers of your domains to ns15.eukdns.com and ns16.eukdns.com as per your convenience as the new sub domains you will add in future wont resolve with old name servers.

Please respond to the ticket in case you face any problem with your account. We manage weekly offs for our sales department on Saturday and Sunday so you wont get any response to this post till tomorrow morning.
