I had a chuckle when I read that. He dosent represent America, though he does represent Athiest America. Allot of Americans tend to roll over and be politically correct over BS like this.

Just simple God defended himself, no earthly laws apply to Him and the court lacks jurisdiction...

I agree! Is this not the most rediculous thing you ever hear? I mean, how could this actually get taken seriously!

I think the point is that the person taking the action is trying to show how ludicrous the US legal system is... I might be wrong however....

Few critics says that the person want to show that 'Anyone can sue Anyone", also I think he want to gain media coverage as well.

Well it is true that the US over the recent years has become a bit sue happy and "where theres blame theres a claim". I used to be surprised by stories like this, but they seem to becoming more common, especially from the US.

Yes, I think these are just like abusing the legal system, people are even encouraged by few lawyers to sue anyone for anything. cala.com/issues/per_respon.cfm?pnav=6, I think people should start taking their own responsibility and stop abusing law.

Its not just the US anymore DPS. Growing up in Ireland we used to talk about the people in the US being sue happy. But I know the UK and Ireland has more than caught up in that department.

Oh I understand that. It just seems to be where it originated. I agree that the whole world has gone a bit mad now .
