Development Project - Help Wanted

Firstly, V many congratulations on the expansion in Leeds. Or was it Manchester? Or Birmingham? Good luck fighting it out guys.

I'm looking for some help or advice on developing an intranet / company management system with web portal access. My own skills are pretty limited, so I have ideas about the framework and operation, but that's pretty much it.

The basis would be, I guess, a database with varing access levels. Initial development & testing would be within our own small business, but taking it to market once we have a stable, friendly system. Developer(s) might work on a project, employed or consultancy basis, or if you fancy some risk, perhaps a shareholder basis.

Don't want to hijack the forum for my own ends; euk have been fantastic to me and the support has been great - one of the reasons I'm posting here. The other is, every time I look for a suitable candidate / organisation I get bombarded with flashy stuff, but I'm never convinced of deep down ability (I think you guys call this architecture?)

This might suit students - perhaps a group? If you're interested, or want any more info, or have any advice where I might start, I'd be real glad to hear!
