I am an experienced Service Desk engineer/analyst with an enormous passion and intrigue for the IT industry. I was given the opportunity to gain hands on experience at Manor Solutions, this included applications and infrastructure as well as working on bespoke software. My key skills were utilised and expanded when I took the position of Technical Support Analyst at Fasthosts. I am able to identify issues in a fast and effective manner always reaching KPI’s and SLA’s. I am customer focused and have a proven track record of providing customer satisfaction. I always put in 100% and go beyond the call of duty to ensure all problems are solved or escalated. I see myself as a team leader or hopefully in a 2nd Line Engineer role in the future and am looking to further my career within a company who can give me career progress in a fast paced environment.
