You are hosted on the Typhoon server - this server is always having problems. However, I'm sure eUKhost will move you onto a new one if you open a support ticket.

I can confirm they are both up at my end currently so it seems to have been a quick problem which has now passed.

We are planning to upgrade hardware of some of our servers by the end of This month.
Typhoon, Firefly & Viking are on top of the list. We will send notifications to respective customers before scheduling hardware upgrade.

What hardware is being upgraded or is it a complete refurbishment with lots of hardware in each server being replaced?

Eukhost have told me it's a hard drive failure, frankly i don't believe them as this server went down two weeks ago with the saem hard drive failure excuse being used, anyone out there know what is truthfully going on?

I can confirm that the website hostings are also down for me at my end so it would appear that it is likely to be a server side problem. Unfortunately I can't shed any more light on the reason for the server going down at present - I'm sure an eUKhost member of staff will do this shortly though .
