403 Forbidden on my website

403 forbidden error on all parts of website hosting.
cpanel is up
I have ftp access to the server

renamed htaccess as per advice on website hosting

The error on your website hosting was due to an ownership change on the root directory of your domain i.e. public_html folder. The permissions error was because of the group ownership changing to kentulti, it should be under the group ownership of "nobody" to display the website hosting. It has now been corrected and the website hosting is running fine.
