Default Addon Domain Issue?

1) Domain Name: winningchance dot co dot uk

2) Server Name and IP address:

3) Description of problem: Index.html file uploaded to directory but get 403 error when trying to access it via web browser

4) Anything you might have done which may have caused the problem: Not sure

5) Anything you have done already, to try and resolve the problem: Dont know where to start!

6) Any additional information you think is relevant: Changed the nameservers at 123-reg..

As far as Im aware I have?

Apologies, Im not used to doing it this way and there may be a really simple solution :S

I just followed the instructional video and added it that way, then pointed the nameservers at 123-reg towards EUKhost...

To make both address's look the same Park Domain would be a better option.

Addon if you want to use your webspace for more then 1 address.

Yep, I want to use more than one address. It just seems that its not directing to the directory with the test files in. It sometimes comes up with the Apache page and then others it just gives the 403 error and 500 internal error..

Hi,
I assume when you Addon Domain winningchance.co.uk, you then place your files within winningchance folder?

Hi Rob,

Please check now : winningchance.co.uk

This was an issue with the DocumentRoot in the httpd.conf file.

Yep, I tried the Parked domain but thats not what Im after

I added the domain in Addon Domain and pointed it at the folder I created in public_html. That didnt work so I then created another folder at root level called winningchance_html and put identical files in. Then I deleted the addon domain and recreated it pointing it at the new folder...

Still nothing im afraid

No it should be the index.html file? Strange?!

When I go to addon domains, click the document root for winningchance it takes me through to the folder and it contains all the files I want, including the index.html?

When I browse the web site hosting [winningchance.co.uk/index.html] I see a pic with a man in blue jersey kicking a football, is that page you need ?
If yes, please don't change anything now, as this appears to be a DNS propagation issue on your end, it's working absolutely fine for me.
