Rock is correct..!!!

It is not possible to add one user to multiple databases in Plesk control panel. However we can achieve it from the MySQL Server command prompt but I would personally suggest you to keep a separate user for each database which will allow you to manage them from the control panel itself and hence you do not have to contact us everytime to want to modify settings.

Also, we have restored your database and have replied your mail.

Thanks Friends,
Web site hosting transfer is almost done. seems look fine. still having few problems and i am working omn them. mean while i have placed a ticket regarding one user access to more then one db.

i want to setup nameserver like ns1.lakesparadise.com

what i need to do.

i cant find any such option in domain registrar account. its with registerasite.com

i own the domain lakesparadise.com and will be soon pointing eukhost.

this will allow me to give this nameserver address to my clients. and there website hostings can be pointed to ns1.lakesparadise.com & ns2.lakesparadise.com

any help in that case.?

The user that you had defined in the ticket has been added to the databases as per your request.
