Default Backup Schedule?

This has been listed as a support ticket (number ERX-87379-735).

But I was just wondering what your policy is for backups? as the one you have applied to my website hosting is over a month out of date, which seems very old. Did the newer backups become corrupt? or what has happened?

My server was changed to a less secure one around the same time as the backup - could this be the cause of the old backup?

After being told on the phone you take daily and weekly backups - I am somewhat shocked and dismayed that I have been told that the latest one you have for me is seemingly 3 weeks old at best.

Surely you must backup files and databases more regularly than this?
