Default Coppermine: Max file size supported on my hosting package?

Set up a Coppermine Gallery for a client on my hosting here.

Some of the folks using the Gallery have said the max amount of pics they can upload to each Gallery folder is 5 and then it gives them a message saying "exceeded your disk space quota of 1024kb" when they try and add more files, even though they appear to upload fine.

Just read this on the Coppermine forums:-

Quote:
Any file with a file size larger than this value will be rejected by the coppermine script. Setting this option to a higher value than what is actually supported by your webserver will only result in "funny" webserver error messages in lieu of "regular" coppermine error messages. Therefore, it is recommended that you set this value to a size that is slightly lower or equal to the max file size that your server is set to handle. The actual size your server can handle cannot be determined by Coppermine (or any PHP script) - when in doubt, contact your webhost.
We dont intend uploading thousands of pictures to each gallery folder, but 1024kb as its sat at just now is certainly far too little for them at the moment.

So before I go into the Admin settings on the Coppermine Gallery, I wanted to post here and find out what the maximum file size for each folder I am allowed here on my EUK Platinum package.

Many thanks in advance.

The maximum size [upload_max_filesize] one can upload via php script / website is 32 MB on shred servers. Just submit a ticket on our support Desk if you get any problem for your site hosted with us with domain name and exact URL.

Thanks Matthew.

I'll adjust their max upload a bit higher and monitor the situation carefully.

Appreciate the prompt reply.

Hello Gary,

I think you need to correct one of the options from Admin section of your Gallery. You seem to have disk quota limit for users which needs ot be modified from the Admin section of Gallery. Server wont stop your members at such low disk quota.
