Are there any outstanding issues with WebMail on the Tucano windows server?

Over the last week or so I have got "Server Application Unavailable" when trying to access my webmail via MeWebmail.

It does appear that the service goes down for a few hours and then gets restarted!!!

If there is an issue here.... are there any timescales to a solution as I use webmail at my work place quite a bit during the day to get my personal emails.

Hello Paul,

I am not aware of any such issue with webmail but please open a ticket from our helpdesk and provide us with login details for a mailbox for testing purpose.

I will have this sorted from one of our windows system admins.

Let me know the ticket number for reference as that will help me to followup.

Yeah, I've been facing this problem off and on. I did a quick ticket day-before-yesterday when the (first) client (on this server) was creating mail accounts. The reply was that there was a temporary problem which has been resolved, which indeed was. But I've been facing this quite frequently, at least thrice in my first 30 days.

Your server is running short of memory. We have scheduled RAM upgrade on this server tomorrow evening. Server will be offline for 5 - 10 mins for this upgrade.
