What a mess!
I know that this has been mentioned before, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE could we have some sort of advance (ie: before you do it) notification when you're making any changes that are in any way likely to have an effect on services to your customers?
That way, when things go pear-shaped we can have already set up alternative arrangements, rather than having to fire-fight problems due to changes that Eukhost have made without previously telling us!
POP3 working ok, but SMTP is still down. Webmail configuration has changed in some way, so mail.domain/webmail doesn't work anymore. Alternative links do though.
