For the past few days I've been having trouble getting to my FTP. When using WSFTP, I'm able to connect fine but can't seem to get a directory listing to appear. Others have said they can't use their accounts because it keeps asking for the password every time they do something. Seems the only way to access the directory structure is with the CPANEL file manager. What's going on here? (sectorgame.com)

I've got this problem too, coupled with all the others I am experiencing at the moment.

Server hosting your account ( 64.38.20.218 ) was facing problems with ftp service as some websites were injected by some remote source. We tried our best to troubleshoot but OS appeared to be compromised so we have swapped the server today. You should not face any problems with the FTP service henceforth.

Same here. I had to take my forum down too because posts and stuff vanished, I'm guessing from a rollback to a backup.

Old server was running MySQL till 3 PM yesterday and then we swapped IPs on both servers. At 9 PM we copied MySQL databases from old server as the new server was missing data for past 12 hours.

We apologize for this inconvenience but please open a ticket for our support team as Alex has saved databases soo he has got data that was written from 3 PM to 9 PM.
