Help with 2nd webite

Hi

Domain Name: .theballoontwister.co.uk

This is second domain name original was tiptopbirthdayparties.co.uk

2) Server Name and IP address:FTP: 87.117.226.248 theballoontwister.co.uk

3) Description of problem: trying to get theballoontwister site to work.

I have been told this:
In the root folder of the website is a file called global.asa
In this file you need to change the domain name and smtp to the relevant ones your new server company should supply
The zip also contains the sql back file. This will need to be uploaded to the server and installed I have not uploaded this yet Where do I put it?
Then look in a folder called connections ( in the root) and a file called mrfuzy.asp this will also need changing to the relevant code.

4) Anything you might have done which may have caused the problem:

Very new to this, hence need you help.


5) Anything you have done already, to try and resolve the problem:

removed old index page

6) Any additional information you think is relevant:

On my original site the formmail.pl & iopost2.pl was changed then uploaded to cgi_bin on the upper level (not in the httpcdocs directory) then went into properties and did this Owner ticked all boxes, Group & world ticked read & execute.

Hi Colin,

I've created theballoontwister.co.uk for you. Now you need to FTP into it & upload your web content. Here are few simple steps :

1) Login to Plesk control panel & click on the domain name : theballoontwister.co.uk
2) Then click on Setup Icon & change the FTP password for that specific user.
3) With the credentials, login to FTP & upload your web content for that domain's 'httpdocs' folder. I've uploaded a test page into your webspace ie: /theballoontwister.co.uk/httpdocs/test.htm. eg: http://theballoontwister.co.uk/test.htm
