Hmm, I've been trying to get some more details from the sender and it looks like it might not be my (eukhost) server that's bouncing the mail, it might actually be their outbound SMTP relay! oops

Looks like the "recipient's email server" is actually another server on their domain, and the error is coming from an SMTP session between these two servers long before it even gets to eukhost, would you guys agree?
